A Teen ACTS retreat is a three-day and three-night Catholic lay retreat for parish high school students, based on the Paschal Mystery of Jesus Christ. The retreat is presented by a team of parishioners composed of high school students, young adults (college age) and adults. The retreat begins on Thursday evening and ends Sunday with Mass celebrated with the parish community. Teen ACTS retreats are coed, consisting of male and female team members and retreatants.

ACTS is also inspired by the ACTS of the Apostles 2:42-47. The retreat focuses on Adoration, Community, Theology, and Service as means to achieve the directives of Vatican II and the goals of the Revised Code of Canon Law of 1983 to place more emphasis on "Community and Pastoral Care" within a parish; that the participants experience God's love and joy throughout the weekend, and return to their parishes with a deeper love for each other and a desire to become more involved in the parish faith community.
